SMS Opt-In & Terms of Service

This page describes how Rydeworks collects SMS consent and the terms riders agree to when enrolling.

How opt-in works Riders provide SMS consent during the enrollment process at rydeworks.com/book. On Step 2 of enrollment, riders are presented with the full Terms & Conditions and must check both boxes below before continuing. Neither checkbox is pre-checked.

SMS Message Program Details

  • Who sends: Rydeworks (a DBA of Alvarez & Associates)
  • Message types: Trip confirmations and scheduling updates, driver arrival notifications, payment and billing alerts, service announcements
  • Message frequency: Varies based on your trip schedule
  • Message & data rates: May apply
  • To opt out: Reply STOP to any message
  • For help: Reply HELP or call/text dispatch at (727) 313-1241

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your subscription but may affect your ability to receive time-sensitive trip notifications.
