How opt-in works
Riders provide SMS consent during the enrollment process at
rydeworks.com/book.
On Step 2 of enrollment, riders are presented with the full Terms & Conditions and must check both boxes below before continuing. Neither checkbox is pre-checked.
SMS Message Program Details
Who sends: Rydeworks (a DBA of Alvarez & Associates)
Message types: Trip confirmations and scheduling updates, driver arrival notifications, payment and billing alerts, service announcements
Message frequency: Varies based on your trip schedule
Message & data rates: May apply
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message

Opting out of SMS does not cancel your subscription but may affect your ability to receive time-sensitive trip notifications.
